Generating the report today (06/07/2017) and it consider leave taken from 05/07/2016 - 05/07/2017. A particular employee has worked first 6 months of the above period by having a 4 hours per day work shift(Using his own static work week) and next 6 months by having a 8 hours per day work shift(By using the company common work week).
Employee has taken one 4 hour leave in the first 6 months(where the work shift is 4 hours) and one 4 hour leave in next 6 months(where the work shift is 8 hours).
1 + 0.5 = 1.5 2 2 * 2 * 1.5 = 6
