1. Attach Signed Order form with client address and modules updated. (*If there are any payment terms / special instructions discussed please update it in the comments section.*)

2. Attach Pricebook with contact details, MODULES, and *VALUES should be MATCH Order form*

3. If custom - please attach the signed SOW and Proposal (*proposal version reference should match the reference in signed SOW*)

4. Ensure there are minimum TWO contacts and one of them HR (if its not available please add a note in the mail mentioning these are the only contacts so that we will not follow up with you )
